Lavasani Project
The facade design of this project was entrusted to the Neta Engineering Group while the building’s shell was almost complete. As a result, the placement of windows and terraces was already defined and could not be altered. Therefore, the design team had to work within many limitations to proceed with the project.

Project Description
The use of framing techniques based on aesthetic principles was proposed for this project. Considering the proportion between vertical and horizontal lines, the goal was to make the facade appear larger, with the building’s height emphasizing its grandeur. To control visual clutter, the design of the facade was limited to the use of two materials.
